Ronica Reyes has dedicated over 20 years to the mental health field, gaining extensive experience across a wide range of settings. Her work has included supporting developmentally disabled adults, children in foster care and their parents, and care providers, as well as working in private practice and addiction treatment.
Ronica is a licensed marriage and family therapist with a master’s degree in counseling psychology and a minor in addiction studies. Her personal experiences with addiction—having supported numerous family members and friends battling the disease—have deeply informed her professional approach, emphasizing the connection between mental health and addiction.
She considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients facing mental health and addiction challenges, witnessing the transformative power of recovery. As the Clinical Director at HerHarbor Recovery Center, Ronica oversees the training and supervision of the clinician team while also managing administrative responsibilities. Despite her leadership role, she remains actively involved in client care, believing that direct engagement is a cornerstone of her passion and commitment to the field.
