Our Program
Each day begins in a safe and welcoming environment where you can feel supported and seen. Our mornings start with a simple yet meaningful daily check-in, offering a moment for you to share how you’re feeling and how your night went. It’s in these moments of connection that you’ll find accountability, encouragement, and a strong sense of community. You are not alone here—every step of your recovery will be supported by people who understand, care, and walk beside you.
We offer a comprehensive range of therapeutic groups specifically designed to address the unique challenges that women face in recovery. These therapies are carefully crafted to support your mental, emotional, and physical healing.
- Sound Bath Healing – A gentle yet powerful way to restore balance and calm through soothing sound therapy.
- Love Addiction and Relationship Recovery – Addressing the patterns of seeking validation in unhealthy ways, and learning how to build healthy, fulfilling relationships.
- Nutrition in Recovery – Rebuilding health and vitality by nourishing your body with the right foods, fostering a strong foundation for long-term well-being.

Empowering Women in Recovery
Family Involvement in Recovery
At Her Harbor, we believe that the support of your family is essential to the recovery process. We understand that addiction doesn’t only affect the individual—it affects families, too. Upon admission, we will reach out to your family members to introduce ourselves and offer support as you begin your journey.
Throughout treatment, we encourage clients to participate in family therapy, where licensed therapists will facilitate open, supportive conversations aimed at healing family dynamics and improving communication. These sessions help build mutual understanding and provide families with the tools they need to support you in a healthy and productive way. We’re here to support not only you but also your loved ones as you move forward together.
A Path to Healing and Renewal
Choosing recovery isn’t an easy decision, but it’s a courageous one. At Her Harbor, we are here to walk beside you, offering guidance, compassion, and the tools you need to heal and build the life you deserve. Every day at Her Harbor is a step toward reclaiming your strength, identity, and purpose. We are here to help you rediscover the woman you’ve always been—and empower you to become the woman you’re meant to be.
You deserve a fresh start. You deserve a life of healing. And most of all, you deserve to feel empowered, supported, and free. Let us be the harbor that guides you home.
